Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)

To inspect that the supplier understands our client’s requirements and expectations in terms of fabric specifications, quality standards, sample development and approvals, sourcing and testing raw materials, pattern making, packaging and process planning, ensuring all technical details are aligned before bulk production begins without misunderstandings.

Initial Production Inspection (PPI)

Initial Production Inspection (PPI)

In order to take control of production quality we do an early inspection when only twenty percent of the production is done, providing opportunities for corrective measures and saving suppliers and clients from quality failures, delays, and unnecessary losses later during subsequent production stages cycles.

Production Progress Check (DPI)

Production Progress Check (DPI)

After the initial inspection we perform production progress checks from time to time to make sure timelines and quality standards are met as per plan, helping monitor workflow, identify delays, and confirm corrective actions remain effective throughout production processes across multiple manufacturing stages consistently monitored.

During Production Inspection (DPI)

During Production Inspection (DPI)

Another inspection check is performed when the production reaches its half at fifty percent, aiming to minimize chances of failure in final shipment by verifying consistency, workmanship, measurements, and adherence to approved samples and specifications during ongoing manufacturing operations, ensuring stability, reliability, and buyer confidence.

Final Inspection (FRI)

Final Inspection (FRI)

A Final shipment inspection is performed when the production reaches eighty percent and has started to be packed in shipping cartons, enabling checks that everything is in accordance with the agreed shipment terms, specifications, quantities, labeling, and packaging before final approval, dispatch, and export release.
